We offer $3 flat rate shipping via USPS First Class on all orders with total up to $19.99.  Orders $20 and up receive FREE USPS First Class SHIPPING.

REFUNDS:

PenBottoms.com is committed to providing our customers with truly phenomenal products. We will help you with any warranty issues you have with manufacturers of the products we sell.

We accept back any item that is in it’s original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. You are responsible for return postage cost. We will provide a full refund less a 10% restocking fee.

Outside this period we don’t accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.

Product: We only sell products in which we test and review for Quality Assurance. We honor all Manufacturer Warranties.

Quality: We guarantee the vaporizer product you buy from us to be free of manufacturing defects and if one is discovered we will replace at no charge to you.
